My name is Gustav Trägårdh, and I am a chef. I have always been one and will always be. Most likely, I will be carried out of the kitchen wearing my apron. I have spent almost my entire career in my own and other highly regarded restaurants, where expensive and luxurious ingredients and beverages have often dominated the menu. Now, I have finally grown up and intend to focus on delivering high-quality and entertaining dining experiences that don’t result in too deep a dent in the wallet! This is done best with Frida and Ture, my playmates for many years, along with a fantastic group of like-minded individuals who have gathered with the same enthusiastic goal!
